🦞 Lobster season is in full swing! 🦞

This weekend, chef, author and seafood expert CJ Jackson is heading to Yorkshire to catch up with the fantastic team at Edwin Jenkinson. It's one of the busiest times of the year as Britain's native lobster season reaches its peak, with the boats and crews working flat out to land this incredible shellfish.

The seasonal demand is reflected at Billingsgate Market, where lobster prices are currently at their highest. As Head of the Seafood School at Billingsgate, CJ sees first-hand just how sought-after these beautiful native lobsters are. C&A Hart supply lobsters landed by the team at Edwin Jenkinson, bringing exceptional British seafood to customers.

To celebrate the season, CJ will be serving Lobster Pasta with Tarragon & Parmesan Butter, perfectly paired with a chilled glass of Prosecco. It's a simple, elegant dish that lets the sweet flavour of fresh British lobster shine.
