A Recipe for Carrot Lassi from Kitchen Medicine
A quick and easy way to incorporate more vitamins into your diet with this fast lassi, you can add your favourite flavours!
Ingredients :
- 4 Large Carrots
- 1 Cup of live yoghurt
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)

- Add a pinch of cumin, ginger or coriander powder.
Add all ingredients to a blender or simply juice the carrots first, then combine. Pour over ice and enjoy!
