A book review for My Friends who don't have Dogs by Anna Levin

Posted by Lydia Unwin on

Here is a recent book review by a happy customer who bought a copy of My Friends who don't have Dogs by Anna Levin:

'Anyone who knows me knows that I adore dogs. And trust me when I say that I can't WAIT for the day I can finally have one. In the mean time, I will just live vicariously through my friends who do in fact have dogs.

'This book genuinely gave me an insight into what having a dog one day would be like, and if anything it made me even more excited to bring one home one day. It does briefly go over the pain of losing one, but I felt that pain somewhat last year when someone extremely close to me lost a pet I'd known for as long as I'd known them. Trust me, it wasn't pretty.

'But this book told such a beautiful story of the companionship that comes with having a friend by your side, as both of you grow. And I genuinely can't wait.

'Bring on the puppers...!'
